1、负责免税店渠道，有相关免税店渠道资源优先；

3、相关国际贸易/进口化妆品/快消品行业从业背景和经验；

It shouldhave relevant background and experience in the relevant internationaltrade/imported

cosmetics/FMCG（fast-moving consumer goods）industry;

4、丰富的国际贸易业务开发、采购或销售经验者；

Richexperience in international trade business development, procurement, or sales;

工作内容Job duties：

1、通过和品牌的深度沟通，了解品牌发展及现状，分析品牌方的发展方向、发展理念、市场策略，参与制定品牌的战略规划及执行；

Throughin-depth communication with the brand, it understands the brand development andstatus quo, analyzes the development direction, development concept, and marketstrategy of the brand, and participates in the strategic planning and executionof the brand;

2、负责参与制定品牌的战略规划及执行，为品牌制定全年的营销规划和创意策划，以良好的服务品质确保品牌相关业务的高速发展；

It isresponsible for participating in the strategic planning and execution of thebrand, formulating  annual marketing plan and creative planning for thebrand, and ensuring the rapid development of the brand-related business withgood service quality;

3、负责与品牌方进行商务谈判及参与制定合作方案；与品牌方面建立有效的工作关系。这包括在问题解决和后续方面与品牌方面进行适当的交互；

It isresponsible for conducting business negotiations with the brand andparticipating in the development of cooperation programs; establishing aneffective working relationship with the brand. This includes appropriateinteraction with the brand in problem solving and follow-up;

4、独立完成商务谈判，独立策划合作方案，执行合作；定期项目规划、分析，找到业务突破口；

Itindependently completes business negotiations, independently plans cooperationprograms, and implements cooperation; regular project planning and analysis,and finds business breakthroughs;

5、组织协调公司内外资源，协助公司运营、营销，确保对外商业合作的高效有序进行；

It organizesand coordinates the company's internal and external resources, assists thecompany's operations and marketing, and ensures the efficient and orderlyconduct of external business cooperation;

6、与市场营销、培训、视觉营销和商店运营团队合作，在所有消费者接触点之间创造协同效应。

It works withmarketing management, training, visual marketing, and store operations teams tocreate a synergistic effect among all consumer touchpoints.

7、不断研究和探索市场和品类的新趋势，监控行业趋势，评估竞争。

It shouldcontinuously research and explore new trends in markets and categories, monitorindustry trends, and assess the competition.

职位要求Job Requirements:

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网/进口化妆品/快消品等相关行业从业经验，3年以上商业谈判和客户端支持经验，有化妆品/快消品牌工作经验者优先；语言能力强，英语可作为工作语言者优先；

Bachelordegree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in related industriessuch as internet/imported cosmetics/FMCG（fast-moving consumer goods）industry, more than 3 years experience in business negotiation andclient support, experience in cosmetics/FMCG（fast-movingconsumer goods）brand is preferred; languageability is strong, and English is preferred as a working language;

2、良好的组织能力和优先级的工作效率和高度的紧迫感；

It has goodorganizational skills and prioritized work efficiency and a high degree ofurgency;

3、具备优秀的业务理解能力、良好的沟通技巧、商务谈判技巧及产品架构能力和输出能力；

It hasexcellent business understanding, good communication skills, businessnegotiation skills and product architecture capabilities and outputcapabilities;

4、能够独立且快速有效的理解各种资源的价值和效果，对项目效果有预判能力；

It canindependently and quickly and effectively understand the value and effect ofvarious resources, and has the ability to predict the effectiveness of theproject;

5、有较强的沟通和谈判能力，具备良好的资源整合能力及抗压能力；

It has strongcommunication and negotiation skills, and has good resource integrationcapabilities and resistance to pressure;

6、根据项目规划，进行合作洽谈，达成相应的KPI；

According tothe project plan, it can cooperate and negotiate to reach the correspondingKPI;

7、熟知品牌营销和互联网思维，具备商业思考力和数据分析能力；

8、了解消费者行为学和心理学，熟练使用办公软件，尤其是PPT；

It shouldunderstand consumer behavioral science and psychology course, and be proficientin using office software, especially PPT;
